Summary: Poor communication

Review: They are slow, poor communication, and when they got around to calling they wanted 2 more hrs to diagnose . The next call was you owe 600+ dollars and they can't fix the car. After a long talk they said for 875 more they could try to fix. The job was to replace and program a TCM module that was the original issue. Varsity Ford said they could diagnose and replace the module for 2 hrs labor and 304 for part total of 620.00 . So I paid 485.00. To Palmer for no repair and the could not tell me what was the problem. I wold Not bring a car to them.
