Summary: Couldn't be happier

Review: I would tell them to go somewhere else. I took my vehicle to Star Automotive because an engine light was on and the vehicle had been running rough. They changed the spark plugs and a hose and charged almost $600. One week after getting my vehicle back the check engine light came back on and the EXACT same problems I wanted fixed had returned. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY and I'm pretty pissed off about it. I wouldn't let them rotate my tires after this experience.

Reply: I am sorry you had a bad experience with us and I understand your frustration. You came in with an emission light on and an upper radiator hose and the technician found that cylinder 6 was mis firing and inspected the plug to find out that it was worn with no issues with #6 coil. If you are able to call us we can take care of this for you. Again we are very sorry that you had this kind of experience.
