Summary: Professional

Review: Jim's staff is professional when talking to car owners. Both the receptionist and mechanics. Our automobiles are a part of our lives and sometimes they take on a persona of their own; even having a name. It's like taking a sick person to the doctor. I'm an old woman and my dad was a mechanic who worked for the government. We had our heads under the hood on the weekends and so I've taken classes to learn how an internal combustion engine works. When I was young I was treated like a stupid girl who knew nothing and was often taken advantage of.money wise.. I"ve been going to Jim's since I moved into this neighborhood some years back and while sitting in the waiting room I've repeatedly seen customers treated with respect regardless of age and ethnic background.
