Summary: Exceptional service

Review: They care about their work, and they pay attention to small details, taking the time to do things correctly, rather than taking shortcuts. Instead of just fixing things and moving the work out the door with an “it’s good enough” attitude, they take the time to sweat the small stuff, making sure everything is done professionally, and their work exceeded my expectations. My job was pretty complex-a heater core replacement-which required the complete disassembly of the dash area, steering wheel removal, control panel, radio, airbags, coolant, hoses, etc. When the job was finished, everything was put back together perfectly. They had even taken the time to clean all of the dash, and I got an exterior vehicle wash thrown in. Trusting a mechanic/technician is often a hit or miss thing, but everybody at Dennis Auto repair has earned my trust and confidence. Highly recommended.
