Summary: This time was not good

Review: I am with Frank for the last 15 years and this time was not good Car was in service and i took it home after 3 days going to work i couldnt start the car, and i knew that it was not batery. He told us somebody left something on. It was not true, this is my fifth mercedes in 26 years. My husband called at 4 pm to see if they know what happened, the answer was I dont know, call tomorrow. When i came to puck up the car i asked is the car going to start, he said oh yes, there was problem with wires. I was very sad, emotional, saw Travis , i he is one one person, i was afraid to talk to him, because i would cry. All what we need is nice attitude and guest relation service . Sorry i was very disappointed.
