Summary: Honest

Review: I used a Groupon that was listed by Meineke and the advisor wanted to talk more about that than anything else. I know its a good deal...if shop is losing money talk to your company about it! Not me!! I asked if air was going to be added to my tires, response was- "they always do" I said ok thank you. Then as I was checking out I asked again because my app hadn't updated. He asked thw tech how many lbs of pressure did he put in tires, he said I don't remember, whatever the sticker inside the door said. Then he told me I had to drive it a little but before app updated. Well guess what, no air in my tires nor fluids topped off. I did call and tell Joe, that I wasn't appreciative of the dishonesty and he said he'd let the guy know. I have 1 Groupon left and I think I'll just cut my losses and let yall have it. The 1st time I went on a Thursday and was told Groupon were for slow days like mon thru Wed....it's always something!! Both times I had an appt and took almost 2 hrs each time. It is NOT worth it and the customer service is nonexistent.
