Review: The recent experience I had with Pearl City Auto Works (PCAW) was great. Well, it is always Great. Jan, the person who does all the scheduling and billing was very good as always. She got me an appointment day and time that fit my schedule. Jan even got me the type of loaner I wanted. Great Customer Service. Troy, the Technician, did a great job. I had four problems and he finished fixing my car in a day. I have never brought my car back because it was not fixed correctly. Quality work always. Keoki makes sure all phases of your services are run efficiently. He even helps me find someone who can fix a car problem that they do not service - body and paint work, flat tire, etc. Keoki will also inform you of a car problem that you have that can wait to be fixed. He will tell you when and if to correct the problem. This time I was quoted a cost before the work started and when I went to pay, Keoki told me the cost was $1,420 less. Treats customers as family, honesty, and customer experience is A+. Keoki goes the extra mile for you To me, and I think for may others, when we look for some one to service us, we want quality work, be treated well, good price, and honesty. PCAW is this place when comes to car repairs. I feel this is because the owner, Erin, requires all her employees to treat all of us as Queens and Kings, and as a family member. . .
