Summary: I left a 5 star review earlier,

Review: I left a 5 star review earlier, now I find my self having to change it. My SUV started giving me the same problem, after spending $1800.00 I was concerned. The rear hatch lock was broken but it had been for 3 year's and another shop said it would cause no problem. Andrew said it would drain the battery. He said a new lock would be $900.00 but he would give me $100.00 off that. I called Toyota they informed me that the part was only $461.00. I called Andrew back and told him what Toyota said and that they looked the part up by my Vin. He said that was less than his cost, that he would call me back. I never heard back from him. I called Brian the owner and left him a message, he never responded. My SUV is now at a different shop. But I am left wondering if he was so high on that part how much of the $1800.00 was over charged and why would they not call back. I will never go to them again they can't be trusted.
