Front counter staff are incredibly intelligent in the auto field not to mention friendly, caring and focused on telling each client. The mechanics are top notch. They have always maintained my vehicles to the highest standards. JR has acquired a superior staff. But the best thing about concours is the security of knowing that if anything is not up to standard, they will make it right, no questions asked. Who does that in this day and age?
