Summary: Awesome Service

Review: Awesome service from check-in to check-out. The receptionists are welcoming and pleasant and will answer your questions to your satisfaction. Repairs are thorough with documentation of recommended repairs with pictures of their findings so you can decide to have it repaired. The waiting room is nice, comfortable and clean. The major difference with other repair shops is that they won't pressure you in repairs that are not necessary. I highly recommend Pearl City Auto Works and I do recommend them on FaceBook whenever someone want a their vehicle repaired. And lastly they do offer loaner cars (upon availability) but have to request ahead of time.
