Summary: Fair and quality work

Review: Even after initial issues, when I picked my vehicle up there was a light on on the dash. It was the washer fluid light. But that is one of the lights that came on when the van broke down, and was also listed on the list of repairs. Even though it was a minor issue it makes me wonder what else may have not been done. I really thought I could trust this shop, but if there is even 1 person that is not doing their job correctly then I can not trust that the work will be done correctly. Also in July when my van was in your shop the oil was changed and it stated on the recipe that there was a 31 point inspection done. There is no way this was done or the issues that were found in August would have been found then! Also I was told that the inspection was free if you guys did the work. Not true::: it was just moved from a charge for the inspection to the labor being increased. I could go on and on, but it doesn't matter because it won't change anything. And also I know you won't put this where anyone can read it because it's not what you want to see.
