Summary: I was over charged

Review: I was over charged by $200 dollars. I walked in angry, and was greeted by anger. I told John at the counter I should not have to pay for this $200 service that I did not agree to. He instantly said pay this or I will not give you your keys and if you take the truck I will call the police. I was completely shocked. I paid my bill. That was about the worst customer service I've had in my entire life I'm 42 years old. They added a fuel cleaner charge when I asked for a spark plug job. They changed the spark plugs and did the fuel cleaner. I was quoted between 280 and $300 for spark plugs, and around 70 for my oil change. My bill was $644 when I got there. When I got there I was waiting for John and he came out of the back already mad about something I could tell. He is an angry person I should not be in the customer service position that he is in. I did like that chop and in the end if he treated me right I would have paid the entire Bill and still came back for more service. Now we'll try a new shop somewhere in town. A very bizarre day:-)
