Summary: Very comforting

Review: I would tell them that I had a horrible service. Lenny had good customer service. I trusted meineke to do great service on my car and i believe I was completely taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge about cars. The technician lead me to believe it was my exhaust but he knew according to the report that it was my spark plug and continues to persist that I got me engine fixed. When I took my car in it was sputtering and hesitating. After the repairs and I received my car back and it was running exactly the same sputtering and hesitating. I paid 2600 for the repairs although I wasn’t satisfied I needed my car to get back and forth to work. I feel that instead of focusing on the real Issue he charged me to fix my exhaust then tried to up charge me 4100 and fix the real issue. I took my car to Meineke because I believed that would give me an honest opinion along with great service. I trusted Lenny/Meineke to give me an honest quote with great service but instead I believe I was taking advantage due to my lack of mechanical knowledge.
