Summary: The mechanic here is great...

Review: The mechanic here is great.  My 13 year old VW GTI had its engine replaced by someone else and they screwed it up and couldn't fix it, and eventually refunded my money as they thought the job was impossible.  But Airport got it done, and my car now runs perfectly.  With 185k miles on it.  He is like the car whisperer, and he is sincerely passionate about cars, especially VWs.I will agree that the women in the front office is not the most friendly or responsive, and you basically have to call them to find out what is going on with your car, but she's alright.  For me, the quality of the mechanic and the work trumps any minor administrative flaws, but maybe that is because I have a quirky dinosaur VW.
