Review: Word of mouth is the best advertising. Friday, 7-30-2021, I was driving my Tundra to VA Breach to help my daughter with some home projects; returning Saturday to drop my son in law off in Richmond to pick up his new Tesla and then on Monday trailer one of my classic cars from the storage warehouse to the upholstery shop. All plans changed dramatically when coming out of the Harbor Tunnel the front brakes began grabbing and producing a grinding noise, making the truck unsafe to drive. Tools and shop space are back at home, even if I can get the parts locally. My daughters neighbors father had used First Landing before and referred to them as his “go to guys” for auto repair. After phoning and describing the condition, they provided me with an estimate and repair plan and were able to squeeze me in their schedule. The Tundra was dropped of around 10 AM and fully repaired and road tested by 4:30 PM. They used premium parts and professional procedures to obtain and replace brake rotors, pads and calipers for the front of myTundra, treating it as carefully as I would my Ferrari Testarossa or Dodge Viper. I highly recommend First Landing Auto Care for their professional attitude and work ethics, executing the repairs as discussed.
