Review: Hobson’s Auto Repair is the most organized shop I have seen and all my 30 years being in Seminole. Even more so than the auto dealer where I bought my car. Hobson’s auto repair gives you a very detail sheet & communicates via text, displaying every intricate part in your car and if it’s worn or it’s cracked and it needs to be repaired, They are very honest and explaining each item of concern. Items that were OK, lists them in the GREEN , things to be checked in the future are listed in YELLOW, and items that are in need or suggested in need of repair are listed in RED. Stephanie was very detailed and explaining things that should be looked at and obviously some were not in the status of causing the car to breakdown, but it could be a problem in the near future. And I really liked the way that there’s no pressure at any point in time of trying to sell you something that was really not needed. Like so many times at the car dealership, I have experienced “sell jobs” of items that were not in any kind of needed repair. Just a wait for them to make extra money. I am Extremely satisfied with how everything turned out. It’s refreshing finding a shop that is honest and gets to the point not dances around trying to explain or talk you into some parts that you really don’t need at the time . Not only that, but my car did not sit there for 3 to 4 days. A Huge list of items were repaired in 9 hours. This auto repair shop will be high on my list in the future for my (2) cars.
