Summary: I stopped in for a..

Review: I stopped in for a quick oil change about a year ago. I can tell you the shop is very clean. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. As busy as they seemed, I thought that was fast. Anyways, I hate to rush any mechanic for my oil changes or anything like that. I'd rather have them take their time and do it right. And they did! so I was fine. While there, the feel of the business was warm and very welcoming. I know of Kacal's through the East End Chamber of Commerce. They've always stayed involved in the community. I don't know the owner well, but the feel of the shop and service certainly felt as if it was all family owned and managed. To me that equates to a real plus and although they are out of my way, I know I will continue to visit when possible.
