Review: Incredible professional customer service! So transparent! Thorough! Greg explained their service process including why it is important he establish a trusting relationship with his customers. Greg gave me a short course in auto mechanics first when I called to setup an appointment, and then during my visit to his Auburn Foreign & Domestic Car store. Greg shows he truly cares about people. Greg is kind, eager to help, and courteous to me and everyone in his store. A plus is the staff were nice to each other. Greg made endearing comments about his staff. Greg and his staff provides service actually needed. Greg avoided unnecessary expenses unlike many other mechanic businesses in my family's experience. He answered all of my questions. Greg gave me insightful car tips I never heard from other auto mechanic businesses. Greg was true to his phone presentation. Could not believe my car was ready so soon and cost much less than I budgeted for the repairs for brakes, oil change, tire rotation and inspections! Greg has a great sense of humor too.
