Review: Found this shop which was highly recommended through s local community group, RHOLC. Must say they did not disappoint as the entire process was quick and pleasant from the lovely woman at the front desk who took my information to the highly skilled and knowledgeable mechanic Woody who was able to quickly diagnosis the issue with the AC in my wife’s Chrysler Pacifica. It was a much larger issue than I had initially thought but they got the parts in next day and called to schedule the repair accommodating me and my families busy schedules. Picked it up and everything was working perfectly and although they had to remove the entire dash to complete the repair it looked as though nothing had been touched and the vehicle seemed cleaner than when I had dropped it off. So overall extremely satisfied with the service and that’s not even considering the hundreds of dollars they saved me compared to the dealership. Actually got a quote for tires on another vehicle while I was there and will be going back for those and an alignment in the coming weeks. Old Ox has officially become the shop me and my family will be going to for all of our vehicle maintenance and repairs.
