Summary: Professional

Review: The experience beginning with he front office and service advisors to the actual repairs completed was professional, timely and expertly done. Perhaps because we are relatively new to Annapolis and not aware of auto repair custom and charging policies in Annapolis, I of course expected to pay for the inspection and testing requested concerning the EPC and Cooling Fan and if I decided against the repairs recommended or shopped it around to other facilities I can understand being charged for your time and expertise. However my prior experience has been that if the repairs are agreed upon and requested that credit or consideration would be given to the pricing and charges of the repairs completed.
