Review: I feel 100% satisfaction of the workmanship of your BMW technican. However, my daughters car was in your shop for almost 6 weeks was disappointing. I understand there was a bit of an issue, however, even after parts were ordered and recieved, it still took 3 more weeks for the car to be completed. Which in essence cost me a total of $3,200 in commissions, due to the fact, I had to leave in middle of appointments daily, to pick her up. So the $2,500 bill is actually much more since I lost a lot of money because of car not being finished and multiple cars being worked on at same time. I will continue to bring my cars here, but I hope in the future, repairs can be done more quickly. I still think you folks are the best BMW service co., in Vegas. And I refer all my friends with German cars to your business. I hope this survey does not sound negative, I am just being honest. Thanks again!
