Summary: Exceptional People

Review: Kdoki, the Manager, takes care all your needs including a car loaner if needed and schedules your car in as quickly as possible. At the end of the repair Keoki updates me what they did and if there are any other possible problems. The office lady greets you like an old friend, is very efficient and all customer's needs are addressed . Pearl City Auto Woks (PCAW) always do Quality Work! Their car mechanics are very experience and I have never had to return because what they fix was not done correctly. Erin, the owner, makes sure her associates delivers quality work, treats customers as family and gives us 100% Aloha. PCAW is the reason I still feel safe driving my 26 years old car. One day I will buy another automobile but not because my car broke down in a major way. Pearl City Auto Works will never make that happen.
