Summary: Very comforting

Review: The customer service is always great. As far as the qualify of the service, so far so good, but I'd prefer to wait about another week or so to definitely say. The only complaint I currently have is about myself. I had a punch card to save $25 and I also had a card that had been mailed to me that would have allowed me to save $100 on a service of over $700. I didn't realize until the next day that I had grabbed the punch card and could have saved $75 more dollars. Oh well! I like that fact that the shop is within walking distance from where I live. That makes it extremely convenience for me. I'm happy to be able to get my Mercedes serviced close to home instead of having to take it to an impersonal dealership.
