Summary: Quality Care

Review: Fantastic customer service and quality work! This was my first time having to use a mechanic in the Plainfield area. Being a woman I was worried someone may try to take advantage. Absolutely NOT true at 59 Auto Repair. I am so thankful someone recommended this place to me!! I was blown away with the step by step communication and never once did I feel taken advantage of. Jim is who I dealt with and he was upfront and honest about everything. Not only did he explain everything in detail, answer all my questions, he followed it all up by texting me a very detailed diagnostic report. 59 Auto Repair is family owned and much to my surprise there is even a woman mechanic working there. I will use them again if ever I have a need! Thank you 59 Auto for the quality work you did for me. Jim I sincerely appreciate the honesty and respect you showed me.
