Summary: Quality Service

Review: In the late 90s, I was trained by Chrysler to be one of their warranty techs. I went to their schools and had all the know on how to repair Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth, Jeep, and Eagle in that time period, or so I thought.... Over the years as problems became more diverse I became un aware of the TSBs or technical service bulletins over the years, but Eric has been on top of it. He has been a serious key element to knowing how to figure out problems even when you replace parts to solve said problems but parts are sub par which means... you never fixed the issue.. Mine was associated with plug wires... Thank you Eric! You saved me from pulling out my hair, and this is the only place I trust, because they give me the explanation, the test results, and then the fixed results. You really can not get more thorough. Perryville Muffler is quality. I'd I was still in the business, I would want to work there. You just cant beat the quality of service.
