Summary: Very Helpful

Review: I called Protime and discussed my problem and what I had done by way of troubleshooting. Joe was very helpful and listened to all my concerns. They gave me an appointment for the next day for a diagnosis and allowed me to drop my vehicle off that night so they could get to it as soon as possible. When I was able to view my messages the problem was explained in detail, and there was an email sent to me with the details as well. Although it was late in the day, the shop did everything they could to get the parts that could only be purchased through the manufacturer, but the next day before close of business I was able to pick my vehicle up. OUTSTANDING WORK, and OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you.
