Review: I have always taken my car to the bmw dealership for all maintenance and service but since it’s getting high in mileage and out of warranty, I wanted to bring it in somewhere I trust and depend on to get the same quality of work I’ve received at bmw but with a more reasonable price. The customer service was exceptional! I felt the honesty and integrity of the information provided to me was definitely a place I would want to continue to bring my service needs to. Even the maintenance guys were friendly! 😊 Kallie was compassionate with my concerns and I felt the effort was made to ensure I was satisfied. She was upfront about the cost and the type of work that would be completed during this visit. The car wash was a lot better than BMW and thank you for the little “thank you” note in the car upon pick up. Will definitely be bringing my car back!
