Review: Pearl City Auto Works (PCAW) has taken very good care of my 26 year old care for many years. This is why I still have my automobile and not buying another one soon. Keoki Velardo, Service Advisor, Always makes sure you are well taken care of. He tries very hard to schedule you asap, inform you of any possible future car problems you might have and solve any other car related concerns even if they do not do those situations like he did for me. My care was hit and I needed a body and fender place to go to so while my car was being serviced by PCAW I asked Keoki if he could recommend someone and In less than 15 minutes, the owner of a body and fender company came over to give me an estimated. What Outstanding Service PCAW (Keoki) gives. To me they are truly a 'One Stop Service Center', Christian Lam, the Technician who worked on my car, serviced it and checked for possible car problems I had because of the accident. He is polite, friendly and is confident in his profession. The person who takes care of the billing is quick, explains the cost, friendly and efficient. When I was waiting for my automobile a few Military people dropped off their car and I can see why they trust PCAW with their ride. PCAW do Quality work, they treat their customers like family and the cost is reasonable. Erin, the owner, always hire good workers that produces quality work.
