Review: Pearl City Auto Work's customer service is undeniably A+++! From my initial phone conversation with the service advisor, Keoki Velardo, while my car was stuck on the road to assisting me after I was able to get my car to the shop, to the highly detailed follow-up text and email updates during the repair process, I was completely impressed with their professionalism and high level of competence. I was completely surprised with the detail and thoroughness of the PCAW Courtesy Inspection which they did on my car expecting to be informed of only the specific problem issues my car was having. Instead, I received a completely detailed report with accompanying data and photos of the *entire* vehicle BEFORE determining what needed to be done to fix my car. It was like having had a mega-safety inspection done without expecting it! I was informed that that kind of inspection was done on ALL vehicles that they take in. That kind of service efficiency truly helps the customer make well-informed, data-based decisions regarding the kinds and extent of services to purchase. There were no hidden or unexpected surprises with the highly transparent information given to me before and throughout the entire repair process.
