Summary: Fair and quality work

Review: We had not done any work on the Rav4 in a long time and were aware of problems based on its behaviour. Everything about the auto-center was impressive. 1.We loved the method in place to safely deal with clients during this covid19 time. 2. The morning we left our vehicle we received a call, asking for more details of the problems we were having with the vehicle. 3. Later on we received a detailed text message giving details of the vehicle inspection. Items were classified as per there importance and or safety, and a number of items were recommended. They indicated that they would be calling later to discuss. 4. We received a call from the service advisor would gave explanations of what the technician had found. He explained which items should be addressed immediately and which could could be set aside for now. He also gave details of the cost. The most important part of the conversation was his attitude and his helpfulness. Because we had not done any maintenance in quite a while we were worried about its safety so his conversation removed a lot of that worry. 5. They have kept a detailed list of the vehicle inspection and will be consulting it in our future visits.
