Review: Customer service is 5 star! First time having my Mercedes serviced at Franks’s and I could not be more pleased. Attention to detail, kept me apprised of the process, very knowledgeable and professional staff. Here’s what they DON’T do...try to sell you something your vehicle doesn’t need! Getting service on a European car isn’t cheap but Frank’s prices are very reasonable and their service is top notch! I’ve been taking both of my vehicles to the dealer for several years....no more. They didn’t push unnecessary service. Great personal service and friendly people. As far as actual service? Unmatched. Very thorough and detailed. The location was a bit out of my way but we’ll worth the drive!
