Summary: I am new to Elizabeth..

Review: I am new to Elizabeth and wanted to try a local family owned business nearby for my vehicle repairs and maintenance. My Tahoe has almost 200k miles, 13 years old and not worth much. It is in overall fair condition and my primary vehicle. I needed work done before an out of state trip with my family. I went to Integrity Auto Repair to give them a try. I expressed my concerns and requested a few repairs/maintenance issues that needed to be dealt with. Jim called me the next day and gave me a very detailed list of items that needed attention. He warned me that because of it’s age and mileage that the list could be somewhat overwhelming at first but he wanted to present a full picture of the current status of my vehicle. He suggested that we prioritize the list and consider cost of repairs, necessity/safety issues, what is acceptable for an old vehicle and what can be dealt with at a later time, etc. He explained to me very specifically what was going on, it was a full spectrum review. We narrowed down the list and I was very comfortable with the cost of repairs. The vehicle was ready the next day. Driving out of state with these repairs I had a since of security and felt we were much safer now that I had these recommended repairs and maintenance done. I am absolutely pleased with my experience with Integrity Auto Repair and will bring my 3 other family members vehicles in for a full inspection, maintenance and repairs when needed.
