Review: I don't normally leave reviews, but your team was great. They made what would have been a bad situation at other shops (dealer shops) a good outcome for myself. Adam was so on point and he kept me abreast of what was happening every step of the way and made sure I was more than satisfied with the outcome. Your team did such a good job that I told four other people about the level of service I received and they were all shocked and said they needed to use your shop as well! I must say I hesitated to share my experience with them because it would just make your shop busier and make it harder to get appointments in the future, but its hard to keep a good thing secret. Thank you so much. Multiple thumbs UP!
