Review: Thanks Christopher for your excellent customer service. I felt right at home. I am a former customer from when I owned a BMW. I liked and appreciated you all before and now I'm back with my VW Pasatt. I recently had my battery replaced and could not pass the smog check due to an OBD Fuel and Evap unset. Every place I took my car they said I just needed to keep driving it. I had already put 700 miles on the car since the battery was replaced with two rejected smog checks. Your technician was very confident my problem could be fixed and it was. Thanks for going above and beyond. could.
