Summary: Top-notch service

Review: The customer service reps have always been top notch in that they are knowledgeable, congenial and focused on getting my service needs addressed. They are also forthright on telling me what I will be looking at and not what I want to hear necessarily. Towards this, they thoroughly review every item on my estimate making sure I understand the work involved and the time frame I may expect it to be done in. The work required is further supported by actual photos of my vehicle depicting the areas requiring servicing. This adds to the transparency of Frank's business model and practices. Never once had I had any surprises in the outcomes nor have I ever had to make a turnaround visit to tweak of redo work performed. I continue to be very pleased and impressed with Frank's and its staff and do not hesitate to make them my go-to service for repairs and maintenance.
