Review: All the mechanical work was completed in a timely manner and the car drives like it is a new Mercedes! My only "problem" with this particular experience with Frank's European Service was I tried to pay my bill with a check and you do not have a machine that can read the coded bar and verify sufficient funds. I regret not having asked Fred in advance if you were able to process checks. I came back the next morning and paid in cash. I don't like carrying large amounts of cash and, at the time, I wasn't sure if my debit card would be authorized for this particular charge (there are limits on debit cards at ATM machines for example). I have learned since this experience that my debit card would, in fact, have covered this bill but I was advised to call the bank in advance informing them of the amount I intended to put on it so there would be no problems. This "problem" will not happen again as I have learned banking protocol.
