Review: in my first phone call, Brad made me feel like my Volvo would be in good hands with you guys . And the fact that he was willing to give me a complete "out the door" estimate on the phone, is the reason I decided not to wait or shop around anymore. Bryan gave me frequent updates after they encountered an unforeseen problem that delayed completion somewhat. And I continued to be glad that I had chosen Frank's European Service. Your charges were much more reasonable that what I'd been quoted by the Volvo dealer, also, and I appreciated that a lot. I'll be back, and we'll be bringing my girlfriend's car to Frank's, too.
