Summary: I needed an oil change. I called up and was told to bring it in and I could wait

Review: I needed an oil change. I called up and was told to bring it in and I could wait. I was in at 10:30am but didn't leave until 12:45pm. Apparently everybody was taking turns taking their lunches. Leonard was new at the front desk but was appologetic about not knowing everything and was very friendly. I would say it was a little long to wash the car. Other than that, all was well.
