Review: I brought my Jag XJ8 in for air suspension service. Leonard was our writer and my wife and I thought that he was the highlight of what otherwise could have been a bad experience. Leonard kept us updated every step of the way and when the repair didn't quite fix the problem, he was kind, empathetic and helpful to get the issue resolved. I could actually be a behaved customer, no yelling and no threats to get the in result - a fixed car. Comparatively, I believe the price was right and I think the service was even better. I have already recommended them to a friend. Thanks Frank's and THANK YOU Leonard!
