Review: Frank's is the only place I trust. --When it comes to repairs, they are always timely, responsive, and courteous -- they always get my vehicle in and out within a day. And their online appointment scheduler and calendar reminders are very convenient. --They are honest about their repair recommendations. Rather than push you to get something fixed that may not be necessary, the staff will explain the problem and give you a true sense of whether the issue is urgent or whether you can get by without it. --Frank's points program is a nice bonus, too. It shows their commitment to building life-long customers, rather than just making a quick buck. --The level of service is unmatched. The last time I was there, Frank himself offered to help me find the nearest DMV kiosk so I could register my car (he even printed a map for me).
