Review: I came in at 7:45 for my service A on 1 July w. the Mercedes 500CLK. The man at the desk (rather heavy set, NOT Leonard) took my infos. I was worried about the battery and asked what a new one would cost. Reply was "I have no idea". I then asked him if a battery replacement could be done w/o breaking the circuits (windows etc won't work unless you know how and which buttons to push how long...I know that is a problem because I replaced a battery myself once and had to call Mercedes 3-4x to get everything working again). I know now you just connect another battery while replacing the old one to get around that problem. Anyway, the man at the desk said "that is not possible to do", altho I have seen it done. I then got a ride home, but at 8:45 my car was still in the parking lot. Don't get me wrong, on my former visits you guys did and do a great job. I did get to talk to Leonard later, who is absolutely customer oriented and very professional. I just don't get why I got such strange answers from the guy who took my order...sorry I don't have his name....you asked for my comments....
