Summary: Felt confident

Review: I like to think of myself as capable of doing a lot of maintenance and repairs on my vehicles. I also recognize when I’m in over my head so I was looking for a reputable shop close to home. Like most, I am concerned when having to trust I am being told the truth when it comes to a shop diagnosing the problem and the costs involved. In a two week period, I brought my vehicle to Jones 2 times as I was trying to get a vehicle ready for my son to begin learning to drive. To my surprise, I was told both times that the repair was simple and didn’t require any parts allowing me to have the vehicle back running well with only 1 hour of labor. My reason for writing a lengthy review is because I could have been told many different serious problems and costly repairs since I didn’t know what the issues were and the Jones team were completely honest. Even on a simple repair, I received a full color vehicle inspection report complete with photos and future maintenance recommendations. From the time you walk into Jones, the service manager, Jeremy, is well informed and personable where you feel like you’ve known him for years. The technicians clearly did a great job and they carry all of the certifications you would hope a mechanic has. I was fortunate to speak to the owner, Mark, after my second trip there and I let him know how I much I appreciated their thoroughness and more importantly, their integrity. He explained their intentions of always being honest and having the customer leave their shop with a fair price and a safe, reliable vehicle in order for that person to return when needing repairs or service. I admit I felt exactly that both trips to Jones and not only was I satisfied, I became loyal. I will only allow the 5 vehicles in my family to be worked on there from now on. (Unless I can figure it out myself, of course!)
