Review: January 18, 2019 I am very impressed with the service and professionalism at Pearl City Auto Works. Keoki, Shay, and the team are very cordial and take the time to thoroughly explain (so that I can understand) what services were performed on my car. The work was efficiently completed within a short period of time. I especially appreciate the written report complete with pictures that was emailed to me| it's like a doctor's report of my car! One area to improve (if possible), when I asked about whether or not my brakes needed to be changed (as was suggested by another repair company), perhaps information about how many more miles are estimated before the brake pads would need to be changed could be included. MAHALO!
