Review: I am so fortunate to have Pearl City Auto Works take care my 24 years old car. Erin, the owner, is always friendly and makes sure all her staff gives 100% effort to her customers' concerns. I recently had a car problem and Shay updated me of the extent of situation, that I had a loner if I needed one and informed me of the estimated cost. Keoki investigated the problem and made sure that it was 100% corrected and tested thoroughly. He always is willing to tell you, in detail, what the problem was, how it happened and the corrected steps taken. For me the most important thing I look for to take my car for repairs is a place that do good work, honest and reasonable price. Pearl City Auto Works is the place for me. My estimated cost was lower and Shay was honest to give me the lower price.
