Review: Choosing an auto shop is always a challenge. You can never tell if a shop is just trying to take your money or truly trying to help you. From the moment I called, I received nothing but outstanding service!! They were accommodating to my schedule and offered a loaner so I didn't have to miss work. I went in because I was told (by another shop) I needed my brake pads changed and rotors resurfaced. PCAW did a courtesy inspection on my entire car and emailed me the report.(Yay!! technology) After talking to Keoki, it turned out that my car brakes were fine for another 5000 miles! I was grateful that they took the time to check it out and not just change it because I was "told" something was wrong. Now this is true "SERVICE", they easily could have made $400+ off of me but didn't. I was so relieved! They definitely have their customer's best interest at heart. I've never been so pleased and confident of a body shop. I'm a customer for life! You can bet I'll be sending you referrals! MAHALO!!
