Summary: I chose to come here..

Review: I chose to come here because they were listed as a certified shop on the USAA app. My back passenger window was broken and the door was stuck shut. I called and explained my situatuon and was told to bring the car in the next day. I was even allowed to use a loaner car which saved me from the headache of going through my insurance company to set up a rental car. All they asked was that I provide proof if insurance, a valid driver's license, and that I refill the gas tank upon return. My car was fixed in less than a week, and it only took that length of time because they had to order an out of stock part. I was given a fair price and they did not try charging for any extras. This was the best experience I have ever had when it comes to getting my car repaired. I will be telling everyone on and off base about the great service that I received at this shop. (I have already recommended them to 3 people so they should be expecting calls soon). Because of their outstanding customer service, I will also only be using them for any other vehicle needs. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing car repairs.
