Summary: Great job! Not only..

Review: Great job! Not only did they fix the rolling mechanism of the window on the driver’s side of my 2003 Honda Odyssey, but they also conducted a courtesy inspection/check on the fluids and operation systems (e.g., cooling, a/c, transmission, suspension, braking etc.) while waiting for the window part to come in. A report was issued after the check and the Service Adviser Keoki patiently explained and suggested which problem{s} should be attended to right away and which could wait (but he was not pushy that the problem should be done at their shop). What was more, they made sure the car with the wide-open window (waiting to be fixed) was secured and did not get rain on while it was in their custody.
