Summary: Honest and professional

Review: As a woman, I've had a lot of negative experiences with a lot of automotive garages in Columbia and out laying areas. Mostly dishonesty and incorrectly fixing the vehicle-having to go back, and rude treatment. After seeing the hundreds of good reviews on Google, and giving All Star a try, they've completely lived up to everything I would hope for in an automotive shop! I had my GMC Jimmy oxygen sensors replaced, fuel pump replaced, distributor cap, wires and plugs replaced, and stuff. Initially calling them on the phone, they took the time to listen to my problems and concerns, and fully explained their thoughts on the matter and how they could help me to put my mind at ease. They were prompt with the amount of time they had my vehicle. The office and waiting area was clean, nice and comfortable. The folks working in the office were very professional, kind, empathetic to my situation, and very informative of everything going on. They have a texting procedure that sends you texts keeping you informed of what's going on with your vehicle, and they give you a full diagnostic print out of the mechanical status of everything with your vehicle. The work performed was correct and successful. They contacted me a few days after the service was preformed just to check on the vehicle and make sure I was satisfied. They left me feeling very well cared for and taken care of! I'm so happy with them that I'm taking my Silverado to them as soon as I can to have the breaks looked at. Hey I highly recommend these guys and am so grateful that I finally found a HONEST, Professional, nice, treat-you-with-respect auto shop! One does exist! Spread the word!
