Summary: Great experience

Review: On August 19, 2020, I brought my new car in for a pre-purchase inspection. I made an appointment on 8/19/2020, and received a confirmation. I thought I was being messed over when the confirmation stated a time different from my original agreement. However, within minutes of me addressing this via text, I received a call, a text and an email apologizing for the error and reconfirming the original time. OK 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ on the service. On the 20th, when I took the car in, the service was prompt, pleasant, professional and courteous. Trish was my service writer and she was knowledgeable, relatable and funny. She explained what was going to happen with my vehicle and the time I could expect my vehicle to be completed. She asked me if I had a ride. I told her I needed to sit in the lobby a while to wait. I had planned to take a rideshare back home. About six and a half hours later, I received a call from Trish stating my vehicle inspection was complete. I received an email and a text with a link to my vehicle's service. Now hear this... the link had pictures and explanations. Never in my life had I received this 5 ☆☆☆☆☆. Trish gave me a rundown of what the inspection revealed, explained everything to me and arranged a shuttle/ rideshare for me to return to the shop to pick up my vehicle - gratis - 5☆☆☆☆☆ I arrived at the shop and was given the same level of service I had received all day. This experience was so refreshing! I have passed by this business for years. I thought it was a car sales lot because there are so many cars there! Lol But, alas, it is not. It is a repair shop, I see this as a good sign. Many people were coming in and out, so it seems like they are very busy. While I was receiving service and waiting in the lobby, which was immaculate, BTW, I overheard other service writers dealing with other customers in the same respectful and courteous manner as me.
