Summary: The shop has it all!

Review: I would tell them it was the best customer service experience for me, ever. Not just when dealing with car repairs but EVER! T.J. understood the consequences of me not having a car for a week and how that affected all the people in my life. He helped me with that problem and basically lifted that entire burden from me. It was like a miracle. The work they did on my car was very thorough and done beautifully. But the way they put love into action for a customer that they did not know and clearly did not need (for they were booked up for at least the next week) made me realize that there is still a business out there that values it's customers and there's a person like T.J. who understands a person's needs and goes WAY BEYOND what is typically provided to make sure that every customer is cared for.
